The Villasenors
In 2013 while leading a short term trip to Oaxaca through the Rock School of Ministry we felt called by God to move our family to Oaxaca along with a small team from San Diego to reach the unreached villages with the Gospel. In June of 2014 our family took a step of faith along with 8 others to start this journey!
Then in 2015 we launched a discipleship school called “Impacto” which is similar to the Rock School of Ministry. We have discipled and trained over 70 students from 25 different churches. The goal of the school is to bring about transformation and provide ministry equipping in order to mobilize the local church to reach their communities and surrounding villages.
Within the school we also host Festivals twice a year. These festivals are free family events that include music, food, activities for children, hair cuts and most importantly, we share the gospel! In the short time we have been in Oaxaca we have seen over 20,000 people in attendance and many transformations by the Gospel.
